eCommerce Seller Policy - DHONNO eCOMMERCE PLATFORM

Welcome to DHONNO eCOMMERCE PLATFORM! We are delighted to provide you with the opportunity to start your online entrepreneurship journey from the comfort of your home. To ensure a smooth and successful selling experience for all our sellers, please take note of the following policies and guidelines:

  1. Seller Account Creation:
    People of any age can open a seller account on Dhonno eCommerce Platform. To get started, simply sign up and create a seller account. By doing so, you agree to comply with our policies and terms of service.
  2. Product Sourcing and Management:
    As a seller on Dhonno eCommerce, you are not required to handle product sourcing, photography, uploading, advertising, order confirmation, packaging, delivery, product returns, or handling product damages. The Dhonno eCommerce Team will handle all of these processes for you, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
  3. Seller Shop Name:
    Sellers can create a shop name for their store. However, please ensure that your shop name does not infringe upon any existing trademarks or licenses held by others.
  4. Shop Activation:
    After creating a seller account and setting up your shop, it may go through a verification process before becoming active. During this time, please provide accurate shop information, including your shop phone number, meta title (your shop name), and meta description (description of your shop). This will help us approve your shop faster.
  5. Stock Base e-Commerce:
    Dhonno eCommerce operates as a stock-based e-commerce company. Sellers are allowed to upload their own sourcing products; however, you must send the physical stock of your products to the Dhonno eCommerce office.
  6. Business Wholesale Category:
    Sellers also have the option to purchase products from the Dhonno eCommerce Sourcing products listed under the Business Wholesale category. These products will be automatically uploaded to your shop by our team.
  7. Product Sell Guarantee:
    Dhonno eCommerce provides a product sell guarantee for items listed in your shop. If Dhonno team does not make a sale within 30 days, you have the option to return the stock product or extend the selling guarantee for another 30 days.
  8. Stock Product Return:
    If you need to return stock products, simply follow the standard process of creating an order in your own shop, just like a normal customer would.
  9. Policy Changes:
    Please be aware that Dhonno eCommerce retains the right to change or update policies at any time. As a seller, it is your responsibility to stay informed about any policy changes.
