  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged (by customer), or altered products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items (unless defective)
  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order details, issue description, and proof (image/video)
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility
  4. Follow instructions for return pickup or drop-off

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval
  • Refund method depends on original payment method:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via mobile banking or bank transfer
    • Online Payment: Refunded to the original payment source

Processing Time: 3–7 working days after approval

5. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible items may be replaced instead of refunded
  • Replacement depends on stock availability
  • If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference, delivery charges may be deducted

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment confirmation
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed

8. Important Notes

  • Products are QC-verified before delivery to ensure quality
  • Slight color or size variation may occur due to display differences and is not considered a defect
  • Repeated misuse of return policy may lead to account restriction
