- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, damaged (by customer), or altered products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Clearance, discounted, or final sale items (unless defective)
- Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide order details, issue description, and proof (image/video)
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility
- Follow instructions for return pickup or drop-off
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval
- Refund method depends on original payment method:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via mobile banking or bank transfer
- Online Payment: Refunded to the original payment source
Processing Time: 3–7 working days after approval
5. Replacement Policy
- Eligible items may be replaced instead of refunded
- Replacement depends on stock availability
- If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping cost
- If the return is due to customer preference, delivery charges may be deducted
